I wanted to quickly wish everybody a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays
!Personally it is not my favourite holiday and since I'm not really Catholic anymore it lost it's meaning to me in the past years. And besides that my family doesn't care for big gatherings and traditions anymore, so it is nothing more than a fancy dinner with my mom and her boyfriend
. Well, there are some traditions: one being Murphy's Law 
. Almost every year something stupid happens like last year I smashed the car window of my moms car the day before Christmas and then on Sylvester the kitchen was under water . But I don't need any pity on that, I can laugh about it and I did already back then as it happened 
I used to think that nobody should celebrate Christmas who does not believe in the Christian spirit of the holiday, but since most rites practised on Christmas are based on heathen traditions I guess it doesn't matter
. Part of my blood is Teutonic and as such I honour my ancestors by celebrating the winter solstice (~Yule) . And I did so by going to a Metal concert 
Usually if I get in the mood for Christmas it's early in December, but this year I haven't felt a thing. Maybe I would have if it had been a little more Christmasy outside and not like some random rainy fall day
