Zuureen belongs to Rutogirl. She had requested me to draw her zora the way I drew the two chibis of my characters. Zuureen is quite an awesome character, because he has a very complex design

! It was a bit difficult for me how to figure out where all the fins and details belong to 
! I actually decided to work with layers again to do the transparent parts. I have not done that for ages
